By using the själ skincare website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to these rules. From time to time, we may modify our these to which the content and services available are subject so we ask that you continually review when visiting our website. Acceptance of these terms & conditions does not affect your statutory rights, except so far as legitimately excluded.

RETURNS POLICY

Only products purchased directly from sjalskincare.com will be eligible for a refund or exchange. själ skincare hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 20 working days of the date your order was received, and we will supply you with a return label and instructions. We will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, gently used, and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. Once your product has been received we will contact you via email to let you know we have received it. We will issue you a refund within 5 days, and it normally takes 5-10 days for your bank to receive the funds.

You may return all or a part of their order within 30 days of receiving it. To return a product, contact själ skincare at info@sjalskincare.com or call (203)717-1552 within 20 working days to receive a complimentary return label. Please send the product, via traceable method, in its original packaging along with a copy of receipt to: 155 Mason Street, Greenwich, CT 06830. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned when contacting.

Please include valid receipt when returning. Returns sent without valid receipt will not be refunded, and will be returned to the customer.

Kits and sets are only eligible for returns or exchanges if all of the pieces of the kit or set are included in the return.

Gift with Purchases must be returned along with the product purchased to receive full credit. Returns received without the supplied gift with purchase will not be refunded, and will be returned to the customer.

We consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. Unaccepted products shall be returned to the customer.

Products sent after the 30 day return window will not be refunded, and will be returned to the customer.

Please contact själ skincare within 48 hours when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. After 48 hours of delivery confirmation, we are no longer able to track a missing package. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-day return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
