By using the själ skincare website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to these rules. From time to time, we may modify our these to which the content and services available are subject so we ask that you continually review when visiting our website. Acceptance of these terms & conditions does not affect your statutory rights, except so far as legitimately excluded.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship directly from our headquarters in Greenwich, CT. Each product is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.

själ skincare orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

You should inspect the merchandise upon receiving and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receiving that there is a problem or cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you would like to ensure the safety of your package and have a signature request for your delivery at a small fee of $5, please contact us at info@sjalskincare.com or call us at (203)717-1552. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days and temporarily hold at a Fedex/UPS location near you. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned to sender. 

If you do not choose to have a signature request with your package delivery, själ skincare cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages, as this is the responsibility of the shipping provider once the package departs our headquarters.

We have limited ability to ship to PO Boxes. If you would like further information regarding this, please contact us directly.

Please contact själ skincare within 72 hours when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. After 72 hours of delivery confirmation, we are no longer able to track a missing package. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-day return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.

UNITED STATES

Sjalskincare.com offers complimentary Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $150 or more (excluding taxes). FREE SHIPPING does not apply to purchases made with third party offers.

Complimentary Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out. You will receive an email from as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking number. 

INTERNATIONAL + U.S. TERRITORIES

All international and U.S. territory orders require a signature upon delivery.

själ skincare does not ship to China (excluding Hong Kong and Taiwan) and Russia, due to the inability to guarantee delivery to these areas. 

Please be aware that orders sent to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs, regulatory, legal restrictions, or import charges. Some of these charges may be additional upon arrival to the destination country as this is at the discretion of the destination countries shipping and customs regulations, and we ask that the recipient is aware and understands this possibility, as själ skincare is unable to accept any responsibility for this charge and is unable to offer assistance or advice. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide necessary documentation and to liaise with customs in order to ensure accurate delivery. We advise that you check with your local customs agent before placing an order.

All prices indicated for products available via sjalskincare.com exclude VAT. The total cost of your order will include the price of the products ordered, delivery charges, VAT, and taxes (where applicable) as set out in the Shipping section of the website during checkout.
